I began my credit union journey shredding old drafts and inserting share draft buck slips in members’ statements at my dad’s credit union. That’s where I learned the lesson that still drives me today: it’s all about the member.

Over more than three decades in financial services, I’ve worked in both large and small credit unions and the Northwest Credit Union Association (GoWest CUA). My background spans strategic planning, operations, marketing, compliance, and leadership development.
