TWO CREDIT UNIONS | $70M AND $93M
Facilitated structured planning sessions with boards and management teams, producing SMART goals with clear ownership. Both teams left with plans they authored and are actively using.
Both leadership teams entered the next year with clarity on priorities and a plan their boards actually reference quarter to quarter.
SUCCESSION PLANNING | $70M AND $145M
Reviewed existing frameworks, identified gaps, and built updated policies meeting NCUA's revised guidelines, reflecting each credit union's actual bench strength and culture.
Both credit unions satisfied NCUA's expectations and have a documented path forward if key leaders leave.
FOUNDATION DEVELOPMENT | $145M AND $380M
Guided two credit unions through every step of establishing a foundation: governance, legal structure, community strategy, and board alignment, from concept through launch.
Both credit unions now have an independent foundation with the structure and strategy to make a lasting community difference.
AWARD ENTRY | $1.7B
When this credit union needed to make their case for a Portland Business Journal Community Impact Award, they brought in Rockwell Advisory to craft the submission.
They won.
LENDING EFFICIENCY REVIEW | $24M
Conducted a thorough review of lending workflows, identifying efficiency gaps and practical improvements to support loan growth without requiring a staffing overhaul.
Leadership walked away with a clear picture of where time and opportunity were being lost, and a realistic plan to address it.
FRACTIONAL LEADERSHIP SUPPORT | $23M AND $145M
Assisted two credit unions with filling a collector role and Chief Lending Officer role, bringing operational knowledge of what these roles require at each asset size.
Both credit unions filled critical roles with confidence, without the cost or delay of a traditional search firm.
THREE CREDIT UNIONS + ONE ASSOCIATION | $24M TO $145M
Facilitated structured leadership pathway conversations, helping each organization identify emerging talent, define development opportunities, and build the intentional culture that keeps good people growing.
Each organization left with a clearer picture of who is ready to step up and what they need to get there.
COMMENT LETTER TOOLKIT | MULTIPLE CREDIT UNIONS UNDER $250M
When NCUA proposed a regulatory change affecting small credit unions, one client wanted to help their peers respond too. Rockwell Advisory built a complete advocacy toolkit: context on the proposed rule, three sample comment letters for different institutional perspectives, and step-by-step submission guidance.
Small credit unions that might have sat out the comment period had a ready-made path to participate and make their voice heard with regulators.
TWO REGIONAL ASSOCIATIONS
Engagements included full event planning for board meetings and an executive retirement celebration, conference presence coordination, and training association field staff to bring greater consistency to how they facilitate strategic planning sessions for their own member credit unions.
Association staff walked away with a shared facilitation approach they could apply immediately, raising the quality of planning support available to member credit unions across the region.
CU4KIDS 40TH ANNIVERSARY | RIVERMARK COMMUNICATIONS
Partnered with Rivermark's communications team to produce the Credit Unions for Kids 40th Anniversary documentary: original research, stakeholder interviews, scriptwriting, and coordinating on-camera participation from Marie Osmond, Co-Founder of Children's Miracle Network.
History that lived only in the memories of the people who built it is now documented, shareable, and permanent.
NORTHWEST CLASSIC 25TH ANNIVERSARY
Featured in First Tech’s 25th Anniversary film of the Northwest Classic golf tournament. Kasey's father was one of the original Co-Chairs of CU4Kids in Oregon and SW Washington. Both Kasey and her father served on the Hank & Moose steering committee.
Future generations of credit union leaders will know where this tradition came from and who started it.
Since launching in 2024, Rockwell Advisory has partnered with credit unions ranging from $23M to $1.7B in assets and two of the industry's leading associations. Every engagement is hands-on, practical, and designed to deliver results without adding chaos to your day-to-day operations.
